Safety

EMERGENCY EVACUATION

Station users must always adhere to announcements made via our Station Public Address System. Always obey the instructions given by our staff as they are trained to provide maximum safety for all passengers and users. Station personnel will be at site to guide you to the nearest assembly point. Follow instructions given by personnel in charge; identified by Semasa uniform. It is important that you make every attempt to achieve an orderly and calm evacuation.

Safety at Train Platsforms

Do Not Cross The Track
Some of the track areas have been installed with electrical cables. DO NOT ENTER THE TRACK AREA to avoid the danger of moving trains and to avoid being electrocuted. To remove and fallen object from the track, call for Security or Customer Services assistance.

Auxiliary Police

SEMASA was granted the Auxiliary Police (AP) power by the Inspector General of Police (IGP) in March 2003 which confers Semasa to exercise its AP power in the whole development of Kuala Lumpur Sentral. The power permits SEMASA to exercise police powers within its area with the security & safety merchanism set forth. Semasa can now exercise its powers in areas related to patrol, bit and static, crowd control, checking on person and transport, to protect and escort employers assets, crime prevention and to trace and to arrest criminal.
