1 Security Guards To perform day to day routine to safeguard the office and property by continually patrolling the office and Company's facilities

To record particulars of vehicles and individual entering the offices or surroundings during after office hours

To lock and open the main gate after and before office hours.

Must have at least completed Form 3 or its equivalent

Must have a minimum of 1 year working experience in security guard operations and has knowledge of security procedures.

Preferable ex-servicemen, or was trained under RELA. Ex-army or police personnel are encouraged to apply

Must be able to read and write both simple English and Bahasa Malaysia

Must be physically and mentally fit, willing to work on shifts including weekends and public holidays

Able to work with minimum supervision

Age must be 35 below

2 Car Park Supervisor Provide information to the public regarding parking regulations and facilities and the location of streets, buildings and points of interest

Investigate and answer complaints regarding contested parking citations, determining their validity and routing them appropriately.

Attend to customer complaints and resolves parking problems.

Maintain assigned equipment and supplies, observe and report hazardous conditions such as missing traffic signals or signs and street markings that need to be repainted.

Enters, maintains and retrieves data from computer databases

Identify vehicles in violation of parking codes, checking with dispatchers when necessary to confirm identities or to determine whether vehicles need to be towed.

Make arrangements for illegally parked or abandoned vehicles to be towed and direct tow-truck drivers to the correct vehicles.

A minimum of 2 years supervisory level experience, preferably within a service organization or in related industry.

3 Car Park Assistant Patrol to make sure parking and limited waiting regulations are being observed.

Record and issue penalty charge notices if necessary, using manual or computerized systems

Checking parking meters and car park equipment, carrying out simple repairs and reporting damaged or faulty equipment

Arranging for vehicles to be removed or clamped if necessary

Explaining regulations to motorists and advising them about parking facilities

Load and carry out minor maintenance on ticket/payment machines

Able to work as a team member or independently, and be able to make decisions

Have patience to deal tactfully with people

Able to handle difficult situations in a calm and professional manner

Safety-conscious

Have good numerical skills

Able to keep accurate records for official use

Be familiar with, or prepared to learn to use, information technology equipment

4 Customer Relation Officer Provide highly skilled resources to answer customer enquires and request predominately by direct contact.

Ensure customer enquiries are satisfied courteously and efficiently through a single point of contact.

Ensure customer request, enquiry, feedback and complaints are logged and resolved on time.

Managing Customer Expectations as the single point of contact.

Provide good customer services and maintain good rapport with customers.

Diploma in relevant discipline. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Computer literate.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels. Conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

5 Auxiliary Police Constable Responsible for managing the security and safety of the Stesen Sentral Kuala Lumpur building, ensuring that a safe, secure and comfortable environment is maintained.

Ensure any incidents are immediately resolved and all operational activities are conducted with the highest levels of integrity.

Identify, respond to and reduce incidents of theft, assaults, vandalism, disorderly conduct and all other illegal and undesirable activities within the SSKL building.

Coordinating evacuation and disaster recovery processes including coordinating a response to fire alarms, liaising and cooperating with law enforcement and emergency services authorities.

Candidate must pass SPM level. Those who possess Diploma / Certificate in any discipline are encouraged to apply.

Male & female age between 20 - 35 years old.

Proven leadership and communication skills. Conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Working experience in security/crime investigations/shopping complexes/banks will be added advantage

6 Engineer To undertake all engineering activities at the station or any other areas under the management of Semasa.

To execute all planned preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.

To monitor equipments at Technical and Fire Control Room.

Certificate in Engineering related area.

Those with diploma preferred.

Knowledge in M&E System including mechanical, electrical, electronic, and able to handle related equipment and system.

7 HT Chargeman To maintain mechanical and electrical equipment and resources at the Station or any building assigned by the company.

To lead and manage all staff reporting to this post to achieve safety, performance, quality outcomes.

The position requires a HT Chargeman Certification (B1/BO/B4) by JBEG at least 5 years experience in building/facilities maintenance, construction, or consultation.

8 Technical Clerk To execute and compile all the documentation and filing works related to technical and maintenance activities.

Handling complaints systematically in order to enhance the equipments operation and reduce the response time.

Minimum SPM qualification. Those with diploma in Engineering related area preferred.

Working knowledge in Computer; MsOffice (Excel)

Good communication skills able to converse in both Bahasa Malaysia & English

Able to prepare technical reports, basic knowledge in technical equipment, and its usage.
